The El Porvenir winery was founded in 1890 by a family of Italian immigrants, who settled in the Cafayate Valley at the foot of the Andes, more than 5,740 feet above sea level. This is one of the highest altitude vineyard regions in the world.
El Porvenir winery philosophy is focussed on maximum quality and care in making high-altitude wines, that are authentic and exclusive, with production limited to 150,000 bottles per year. Ruca Malen
Ruca Malen is situated in the famous Mendoza region of Argentina at the foot of the stunning Andes. The award winning winery established in 1998 is exclusively focussed on making wines of excellence, based on the French winemaking team’s passion for winemaking. As of late, the Ruca Malbec 2007 scored silver medal in the best 20 Malbecs of Argentina.
From its onset Ruca Malen has been committed to enological quality, which translates into wines with style, elegance and distinction.
