Made in the same style we have pursued for many years, the Artemis Sauvignon Blanc/Fume Blanc style is a real crowd pleaser. The 15% oak fermentation is just enough to not be too over powering and take away from the cut grass passion fruit punch that this wine delivers. As many savy drinkers don't usually lay their savys down, this wine is designed to do so if you wish. Developing strong lychee characters but still holding onto acid and structure, to be enjoyed years from now.
