Nose of cherry & pink pepper, soft delicate tannins, juicy red forest fruits, vanilla  spice on the palate with fine premium French oak.

Grown in the Western end of the district at an altitude of 515 metres above see level. These 22 year old Shiraz vines were the first planted in the district. Cropped at only 500 grams per vine the concentration of this shiraz is a fine example of a cool climate white pepper, jammy, tannic Shiraz, full of body and depth.
